ATLANTA -- The record-breaking opening for Toy Story 3 over the weekend had a lot of people excited and not just about the $109 million box office take.

Maybe no one more than the students and principal at Osborne High School in Cobb County.

Principal Steven Miletto motivates teens through a vision he calls "No Walls", which comes from the movie Toy Story 2.

"It's a scene where Buzz and others are trying to rescue Woody, and he lets go of a wall because he thinks he can fly, in order to rescue Woody," said Miletto. "If he doesn't approach the problem differently, he doesn't accomplish the mission and so we've used that as our vision over the last 7 years."

Miletto shows clips from the movie to all the students and staff at Osborne.

When teachers do things where they take a chance or, as Miletto says, are "no wall-ish", he gives them Buzz Lightyear figures.

"We have to approach the challenges that we face with the students differently," he said. "Try different things in order to help them be successful to achieve their dreams. Not make excuses about why they can't achieve. They've got to let go of their walls through things like 'I can't get up in the morning.' 'I can't do math.' 'I can't do science.' Stuff like that".

Students and alumni have sent him links about Toy Story 3 all summer.

Miletto is a 2009 National Principal of the Year.
